As a Realtor and Stager I am passionate about real estate and finding each individual, couple or family, the house to call home. It's my job to help you find a new home you'll love, while also making it as easy as possible to sell your current home.

Jill Hensel Remax Beyond 2000My hands on approach to staging and interior design provides my clients an advantage when it comes to selling their home. {First impressions are a must when listing your home for sale in the current Cleveland real estate market!}

Giving Back to Children in Our Community

I am passionate about giving back to our community; that's why I am offering to donate $350 of my commission from each real estate transaction to The Cleveland Angelwhen you mention this inspiring non-profit.

That means, if you buy AND sell a home, $700 will go towards supporting children without permanent homes and those who care for them. Together we can make a difference. Learn more about The Cleveland Angels here > CLEangels.org.

The Kindness Act: In Partnership with Bay Village City Schools

I am also excited to announce that with the blessing from the Bay Village City School District I have created "The Kindness Act."

The goal is to inspire acts of kindness in the Bay Schools that can change a child's life. The belief is that each act of kindness, no how matter how big or small has an unforeseeable ripple effect that can make the world a better place.

The funds contributed to the fund are available to and used at the discretion of the teachers and counselors for children in need of the following (but not limited to): school supplies, books, lunch, morning snack, cards with words of encouragement, a yearbook, sporting goods, ticket to a dance, field trips, activities, etc.

For each real estate transaction with a BVCSD staff member, teacher or parent, I will donate a portion of my commission to this fund to help it continue to grow and spread kindness.
